Statement2Sheet turns brokerage-statement PDFs into Excel files. We collect as little as possible.
The PDF you upload — used only to produce your Excel file — and basic, non-identifying server logs to operate the service. No account is required.
Your uploaded PDF is processed to extract its data and is not retained after your session. To structure the data, the text of your statement is sent to our extraction provider (Google’s Gemini API) on a business-use tier. The extracted data is held briefly so you can download your file, then discarded.
Payments are processed by Polar (our merchant of record) and Stripe on their secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or add you to marketing lists.
We rely on Railway (hosting), Google Gemini (data extraction) and Polar/Stripe (payments), each processing data only to provide their part of the service.
